Booking Fees

A minimum of $50 is required for all services as a non-refundable booking fee that is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Booking fee amount is based on service type. The booking fee will go towards the service, and the remaining balance will be due on the day of the service. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. Meaning you are unable to cancel the appointment once booked. So please do not book an appointment if you do not plan on showing up. This is to protect our artists time and set aside your service products specifically for you.

By continuing to book an appointment with our business you are fully agreeing to all of our business policies.

For all appointments 

  • Please arrive five minutes before scheduled appointment.
  • Please arrive without heavy lotions and perfumes.
  • We have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. 
  • Skin sensitivities and allergies are rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However alotbougie™ Med Spa & Aesthetics is not liable for reaction due to our products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test several days before your appointment. Cancellation Policy

We understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require minimum of 24 hours.

Rescheduling/Cancellations less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee (and/or your booking fee will be forfeit).

Clients who no-show without notice or Cancel/Reschedule within 8 hours of appointment start time will be charged 100% of the appointment fee (and/or your booking fee will be forfeit).

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee/and or your non-refundable deposit will be forfeit. 

A credit card on file and non-refundable booking fee for all clients will be required at the time of booking and credit card will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention. 

Booking Fees are non-refundable. So please do not book an appointment if you don’t plan on showing up. There will be no refunds. You will void your non-refundable booking fee if you cancel your appointment in totality (regardless if it’s within timeframe). You can transfer your booking fee to another appointment slot only if it falls within the cancellation policy of 24 hour advance notice). Otherwise your non-refundable booking fee is forfeit and will not be refunded. 


 

Late & No Show

Everyones time is valuable, so if you are 10 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment and charged accordingly (100% of your service).

Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of service. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone. 

Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

If you are a no show, you will no longer be accepted as a client with any of our staff members.
